When you join we will contact you to set up a New Member Orientation which will give you an overview of the studio and a tutorial on how to use the TrackMan software and system. You will also receive an email with our membership agreement which you can sign digitally. You will receive your own key fob and instructions on how to use our mobile app to book and manage your session times.
Monthly memberships offer unlimited access to use the studio as per the booking policy. Session Pass members have 6 months to use their sessions and can purchase more when they run out. All members are welcome to bring guests at no additional cost. Guests are required to sign the digital liability waiver during their first visit to the studio.
Private Fairway Booking Policy - Session times are booked in 50-minute increments and can be booked back-to-back to create longer visits. Each member can hold up to three (3) 50-minute sessions at a time and book new sessions as they either use or cancel sessions. Members wishing to hold more than 3 sessions at once can upgrade their membership for an additional fee.
Sessions are available 24 Hours Monday-Saturday. Private Fairway Sandy is closed on Sunday.
Membership Upgrades
Standard Unlimited memberships allow each member to hold three (3) 50-minute sessions at a time. Members can then book new sessions as they use or cancel times. Members needing or wanting to hold more than 3 sessions can add a membership upgrade to their membership. You must purchase a standard membership in order to upgrade it.
